What is collected
Nick Montano collects your email address, optional name and company, submission dates, your choice about receiving updates, and the number and dates of PDF requests. Email addresses are self-reported and are not verified.
How it is used
The white paper is freely available without providing an email. Optional signup information is used for occasional Montano AI updates. Historical gated-download records remain available to Nick. Only Nick has access to the reader dashboard. If you separately opt in, your email may be used for occasional Montano AI updates. Downloading alone does not subscribe you.
Storage and your choices
Records are stored using the website’s hosting services and retained until removed by Nick or at your request. No access cookie is required for downloads. New PDF requests are counted as anonymous daily totals, without linking them to an email address. To request deletion or withdraw your update consent, contact Nick on LinkedIn.
Traffic analytics
We record public page views, referral domains or campaign sources, approximate device categories based on screen size, and whether a tracked visit submits a form (historically for paper access, now for optional updates). A random identifier in session storage groups activity in the same browser tab, resetting after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is not a verified person count. Analytics records do not contain your email address, IP address, or full referring URL. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. The hosting service may separately process technical request information to operate the website.
