What is collected
Nick Montano collects your email address, optional name and company, submission dates, your choice about receiving updates, and the number and dates of PDF requests. Email addresses are self-reported and are not verified.
How it is used
Your information provides access to the white paper and helps Nick understand its readership. Only Nick has access to the reader dashboard. If you separately opt in, your email may be used for occasional Montano AI updates. Downloading alone does not subscribe you.
Storage and your choices
Records are stored using the website’s hosting services and retained until removed by Nick or at your request. A secure cookie grants access to the paper for 24 hours; it is not used for advertising. To request deletion or withdraw your update consent, contact Nick on LinkedIn.
